Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Finance to establish and lead
all financial operations as the first finance hire.
Key Responsibilities
Develop financial strategies and manage investor relations
Transition financial operations from outsourced accounting to an
in-house function
Build scalable financial processes to support company growth in the
B2B data space
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of finance and accounting experience, with at
least 3 years in a leadership role
Minimum of 3 years experience at B2B SaaS startups, ideally
including Series A through C
Experience managing financial operations in the enterprise
software, data, or B2B SaaS sectors
Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models and SaaS
metrics
Expertise in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting
and forecasting
